The 33rd Board Meeting of the Company was held by video conference

On 19^th October 2020, the 33^rd Board Meeting of the Company was held by video conference. The meeting was hosted by the Chairman, Mr. Chen Ping, and all directors of the Company and other relevant personnel attended the meeting. The meeting heard the work report for the past half year by the General Manager, affirmed the Company’s achievements on safety management, ship reliability and cost control since last board meeting, though the continued effects of the COVID-19 spreading, adopted the resolution on the 2021 Budget of the Company, and discussed the further prevention and control on the Covid-19 epidemic, the depot spare relocation and other topics.
