Our head office organisation consists of the following functions:
Fleet: responsible for the day to day management of the Fleet, tasked with safe, reliable and efficient ship operations.
Manning: responsible for the development, deployment and human resource management of all sea staff, working closely with our crew management partners.
HSSE/QA: responsible for managing CLSICO’s Safety Management System (SMS); for coordinating all internal and external audits, providing marine support to Fleet, and for providing independent advice to the General Manager on all matters of safety policy and performance.
Quality Assurance: responsible for managing our Safety Management System (SMS) and maintaining our Document of Compliance (DOC) – CLSICO’s licence to operate.
Finance: responsible for all financial, internal control and commercial functions, including arranging Hull & Machinery, Protection & Indemnity and other insurances on behalf of ship owners.
Other critical roles, assigned to a named individual(s), are the Designated Person Ashore (DPA) and Company Security Officer (CSO)
