Corporate governance is exercised through an Annual Shareholders’ Meeting and regular meetings of the Board of Directors. Day to day management is delegated to the General Manager and then to senior managers having responsibilities for defined functions as well as a collective responsibility as part of the CLSICO Leadership Team. The senior management teams on the ships (Master, Chief Engineer, Chief Officer and 2nd Engineer) also play a vital role in CLSICO’s management.
