LNGC SHEN HAI, the sixth LNG carrier managed by CLSICO, successfully completed her 1stIntermediate dry docking at MALAYSIA MARINE AND HEAVY ENGINEERING (MMHE) during the period 20th September to 8th October 2014.This was the first dry docking of a CLSICO ship in MMHE.
The Vessel was extensively inspected and her hull repainted. Her Cargo Containment System including the Cryogenic Cargo Pumps, LD Gas Compressors, Insulation Spaces relief valves and ESD valves were serviced. In the Engine Room, periodic surveys and inspections were carried out on the Main Steam Turbine and her Main Boilers.
The efforts of all concerned – shipyard, office and ship’s staff contributed to another successful dry docking in CLSICO’s LNG Fleet.
